In 1982, Sintron was initially a Special Products Department of Kemtronix Systems, Inc. founded by Mr. Jojo V. Capaque, a Filipino businessman, a Chemical Engineer by profession who humbly dreamed of supplying products to Electronics Industry, a he did for the past 15 years where in he is supplying exclusively of Kester products, Gukkas, Techspray, Plato and I&J products.

      In the development of his business, he decided to separate the entity into Standalone Company on July 22, 1999, and established, Sintron Systems, Inc. together with his very good friend and business partner Mr. Lawrence Wong who owns Gukkas Enterprises Pte Ltd., a company in Singapore and is also a product supplier of both company. Sintron was initially located in Quezon City, National Capital Region.

      Sintron Systems, Inc. started with suppliers, Techspray LP (US), Plato (US), I&J Fisnar (US)and in the latter part, Gukkas, when Mr. Lawrence built his own company. Through the years I&J closed its operation leaving us with the three supplier at hand and Gukkas later on changed its business name into Roltech Pte. Ltd.

      In 2005 we acquired a non-exclusive distributorship of Shenmao Solder (TW) thru Kester's former regional sales manager, as he helped his friend to find another distributor in the Philippines. Due to Kemtronix exclusivity contract to Kester, the distributorship was given to Sintron for quite a while, then later on, both had lost its clients due to pricing competition from the new players in the industry. Kester was acquired by ITW Contamination Control Electronics (ITWCCE) and later on sold to Alpha Metals, a long -time competitor.

      Moving on, in year 2014 we acquired distributorship of Chemtronics (US) products for Philippine market, in time that ITW Contamination Control Electronics has acquired Techspray, Plato, Chemtronics and other companies in one umbrella.

      In 2021, a branch of ITWCCE has given an opportunity to Sintron to distribute China made Techspray and Chemtronics products with competitive and quality products to Philippine market, it is the ITW Special Materials Suzhuo or ITWSMS (China) of which they manufacture special cleaning chemicals for Electronics Industry.

      Another milestone also was unlocked in year 2021, when our company has transferred to its new location in Laguna Technopark Phase 6A, City of Binan Laguna to ensure that we are near and more accessible to our valued clients.

      In 2022, we are glad to be in cooperation with our new partner Selayan Solder Sdn Bhd Malaysia who is fully owned by Nihon Genma in Japan and now can cater Japanese Clients and distribute Japan quality products in the market.

      We have been in long-time partner with customers; Integrated Microelectronics, American Power Conversion, JAE Philippines, Astec Power Philippines, Ionics EMS just to name a few. Over the couple of years Electronics Industry have attracted many new players that are setting up new factories here in our country, due to restrictions on their previous location. In addition to importing and distribution of products from overseas, warehousing and sales support are also included in our services offered.

      Up to this date, we continue to import and distribute products of Techspray, Chemtronics, Roltech and ITWSMS. We live up to the legacy and values left behind by our beloved founder, Mr. Jojo Capaque, together with the guidance and unending support of our Mr. Lawrence Wong. Sintron Systems, Inc. is still standing for more than 20 years and we will be at service for all electronic requirements.
